Need to pay for a machine that my fiance needs for a medical condition?

My fiance is required to have a machine for 3 months to help her breath after she passed out and hit her head it caused a problem with her breathing, the problem is I need $4000.00 to get the machine because neither of us have health insurance, I know there are companies that help with these types of situations but since we're not married yet I don't think they would help and I already have 2 payday loans and a bank loan, what do I do?
