Can i take my 14ft jon aluminum boat on the chicago river?

its a 14ft shallow v its a nice little boat sort of like a jon boat ...it has a 9.9 hp evinrude, i think that i would b able 2 make it i have takein it on all the rivers around kankakee, desplanes,cal sag ...i just havent ever seen a boat like mine on the chicago river. was wondering if n e one else has.. thanks
