My regularly scheduled payday was 1/20/2011; my paycheck was withheld.?

I knew that I was going to be terminated on 1/24/2011. All other employees at the company received their paychecks on the scheduled payday. Is that legal for my employer to withhold my paycheck??? It wasn't my final paycheck. I live in Kansas. Please advise.
