The company I worked for went out of business, and the employer refuses to pay me for the hours I'm owed?

The pay period ended on a wednesday and we worked thursday and friday, Friday afternoon he said he was shutting the doors for good. The 15th (our next payday) no money was direc deposited in my account. He said he would pay us and now he will not return our calls.Who can I call (besides the owner) to try and get the cabbage owed to me? Thanks in advance.
