Is anybody a conductor that works for BNSF?

Particularly in St. Louis MO. I recently got hired there and wanted to know how everything was going over there as far as layoff records, conductor guarantee pay, and if there is a lot of overtime out there. In addition, if you don't work in St Loius any additional systemwide information would be greatly helpful. I currently/use to work for Canadian Pacific Railway in Chicago as a conductor for about a year, but have to move to St. Louis for my wife. Thanks for any help you may have to offer.
