Payday loans/cheque cashing store?

Hi all, I am in the process of opening a payday loans and cheque cashing business that will offer other services as well such as currency exchange and money transfers. I am familiar with most of the services except the cheque cashing and money tranfer. Does anybody know how the cheque cashing works? and how I could set up the money transfer?
