How do I get financial aid/loans to help me pay for college and living expenses?

This past fall was my first semester in college. I was raped (but I didn't press charges) and because of that, my grades slipped. My parents have now said they will not help me pay for college, so I was forced to withdraw from college for the spring semester. I want to start back again in the fall, but my parents are claiming me as a dependent for 2010, so financial aid won't help me much. Also, because of the rape, my grades were awful, so scholarships are out of the question. How can I get enough money for college? I still need to pay for my phone and car every month, along with rent, and I can't afford any of it without help now. How do I apply for loans that will help me? Websites? Please help. I didn't expect this to ever happen to me, and everything is falling apart. I don't have control in my life and I feel so helpless.
